Q: What time are check-in and checkout?

Check-in is from 4 PM with a keyless door code sent before you arrive. Checkout is by 10 AM. The hosts can’t offer early check-in or late checkout, and a late checkout may be charged $2 per minute.

Q: How old do I need to be to book?

The person booking must be 22 or older. Parties, events, pets and smoking are not allowed.

Q: Is there an EV charger?

Yes. A Level 2 Tesla charger with a NACS plug is on site. Other NACS cars can use it too. J1772 cars need their own adapter.

Q: Do I need four-wheel drive?

No. The road is paved all the way, with some steep stretches. The hosts recommend four-wheel drive if snow is in the forecast.

Q: Is the water safe to drink?

Yes. The cabin is on a shared mountain well and the water is safe to drink. If you aren’t used to well water, bring bottled water.

A two-story log cabin on a quiet wooded hillside between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, set up by Nate and Debbie for families and couples who want the Smokies without the Parkway noise.

Both floors share one plan. A king suite with a full bath sits on one side, an open room on the other, and a covered deck runs across the back. Downstairs you cook, eat and soak. Upstairs the kids take the bunk and the air hockey table.

On the main deck

It sits at the end of the main-level deck, under the roof of the deck above and a run of string lights, so a little rain does not end the night. The living room door opens straight onto the deck.

The game loft upstairs

Air hockey, two tabletop arcade cabinets, a 55-inch Roku TV and the queen-over-queen bunk, all under a vaulted pine ceiling. The queen sleeper sofa is up here too, so the loft sleeps six.
